WealthX runs entirely on your device. There is no server to send your information to — because there isn't one.
Every calculation runs locally, on-device
Your inputs never leave your phone
Just a name — nothing to verify
The developer cannot see your data, ever
WealthX asks for two small things when you first open it — your name, and whether to greet you as "Millionaire" or "Billionaire." Both, along with every investment figure you enter, are saved only in the app's local storage on your own device. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.
When you set up WealthX, and as you use its calculators, you may enter:
| What you enter | What it's used for |
|---|---|
| Your name | Used only to personalise greetings inside the app (e.g. on the Masters home screen). Never used for identification, marketing, or account creation. |
| Millionaire / Billionaire | A playful preference that decides how the app addresses you ("Hello Billionaire!"). Purely cosmetic — it has no effect on any calculation. |
| Investment figures | Amounts, rates, tenures, and compounding choices you enter into the Historical Return Calculator and Manifest planner, plus anything you save to your Portfolio or a Manifest project. |
Everything you enter is written to local storage inside the app on your own phone — the same way a note-taking app keeps your notes on your device. WealthX has no backend server, no database in the cloud, and no account system to sync data to.
In practical terms: your name, your preference, and every investment you've calculated or saved exist in exactly one place — your phone. If WealthX had a server outage tomorrow, nothing would happen to your data, because none of it was ever there to begin with.
WealthX is intended for general audiences interested in personal finance planning and is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data beyond what's stored on-device, there is no information to inadvertently gather from any user, including minors.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of WealthX adds an optional cloud backup feature — we'll update the effective date above and describe the change clearly before it takes effect. Nothing about how your data is handled will change silently.
